Speaker Bio:
Andee Harris is the CEO of Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), the global leader in crisis prevention and de-escalation training. CPI’s programs help educators, healthcare professionals, and human service organizations around the world recognize, prevent, and safely respond to crisis situations, creating safer workplaces and communities.
A proven executive with more than two decades of experience building and scaling service and technology companies, Andee has led organizations through rapid growth, fundraising, and successful acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at HighGround (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), TMBC (acquired by ADP), Syndio, and Emerging Solutions (acquired by Emtec).
Andee is also an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she teaches Launching and Leading Startups. She is active in Chicago’s leadership community as a member of YPO Chicago and serves on several civic and nonprofit boards including Chicago Ideas Week and the Lurie Children’s Hospital Strategic Founders Board.
